Zennon has performed numerous marine and cargo surveys, including collision and casualty damage to ocean-going vessels, pleasure craft and sailing yachts, barges and cargoes, container inspection and transit damage to cargoes of all varieties, especially machinery, electronic products and steel cargoes.

He has experience in investigation of carriers’ and public liability claims and marine cargo transit damage and mysterious losses, and has assessed and settled marine cargo claims and recovery actions on behalf of cargo underwriters.

In addition to the surveying, loss adjusting and investigation works, Zennon has been involved in management and training of surveyors, giving seminars to institutes, universities, conferences and forums as speakers, facilitator and part-time lecturer including

- Professional Insurance Brokers Association (since 2019)

- Part-time Lecturer of Vocational Training Council (2000 to 2003)

- Hong Kong Centre for Transport & Logistics from 2000 to 2003

- Federation of Hong Kong Industries in 2002

- The Hong Kong Federation of Insurers in 2003

- Asian Marine Insurance & Surveying Forum in Singapore and Shekou, P.R. China in 2001 and 2002

- The Hong Kong Polytechnic University in 2000

- City University of Hong Kong in 2000

- Various Insurers in Hong Kong S.A.R., Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Nanjing and Shanghai, P.R. China from 1996 to now.
